Tap pagination causes issues with text selection (pdf)

What happened?

This is a similar issue to #2694 but for the PDF reader. If the tap zones cover text you cannot select the text underneath it.

What did you expect?

I should be able to select the text underneath the tap zone.

Kavita Version Number - Don't see your version number listed? Then your install is out of date. Please update and see if your issue still persists.
