Email Settings:

1. Admin Email Settings should have a checkbox that let's other people use for Send To Device. If this is false, users must setup their own email settings for their devices.

Device Creation:

1. Check if the admin is allowing send to & check if user has their own email settings setup.
   a. If yes, do nothing (but provide a switch to use their own)
   b. If no & no email settings setup, prompt and inform them.
   c. If no & email settings setup, use theirs.
2. Setup like normal
3. Have an option to select format types that are applicable (can auto set based on Kindle, etc)
4. If Kavita+ ever offers (likely not), opt-in for auto convert (like pdf -> cbz or epub -> pdf)

Actionables:

1. When a send to is applicable, show the devices that can work for that file type.
2. Sub menus need a heading to stylistically make it much cleaner.
3. May need the ability to resolve from the backend
