Support *.(camel|kamelet|camelk)+.(yaml|yml) file name patterns

If possible it would be nice to support all Camel yaml files. If not all supported, allow to open it with a warning? Would be better to have it handled in Kaoto side.

maybe also allow to open *.yaml files via right-click?

Both of them as first iteration with just a note in readme about removal of unsupported code

• Provide contextual menu in file explorer on yaml files to open with Kaoto #116

• Automatic opening of *.camelk.(yaml|yml) with Kaoto

Then:

• Provide dialog warning user that unsupported code is removed no more the case with Kaoto 2
• Open dialog warning user that unsupported code is removed only when a change is detected no more the case with Kaoto 2
• Provide an option in dialog to not display anymore the warning become useless
