Preserve comments at the beginning of the file

With Camel K, there are modelines that can be used to specify a bunch of parameters. it would be nice to be able to keep them. untouched

Comments can also be license or any other comments.
It would be even better to keep all comments in a file but I guess it will be a lot more complicated to implement.
