第三陸基出現錯誤 #123

Describe the bug
開啟陸基第三隊，並設定為"防空"狀況，第一二隊無法自動選擇，控制台中顯示為第三陸基出擊中需手動選擇，此時勾選第三隊出擊選項並設定好位置後即使用新設定位置執行。

Frequency of the bug
每次出擊

To Reproduce
1.第三隊防空
2.選擇位置時卡住
3.將第三隊改為出擊
4.設定好位置
5.程式正常選擇無誤
6.第三隊再改回防空

Expected behavior
程式可正常自動選擇
