Use a single patch for universal compatibility

Please add MFT to every tank using a single patch, as ModularMFT does.
Pros:

• Compatibility with a wider range of mods
• Reduced file size
• Less labor to maintain and to add new mods - most mods will be added by existing patches, not by manually creating new patches.
  Cons:
• If any new fuel tank switchers appear, they must be implemented - but support for them will use only one patch
• Support for new resource combinations is difficult - they require complex patches. But ModularMFT does well with stock resources.
• Support for fuel tanks from other fuel switcher mods requires new patches. Universal support would have to list every fuel combination from a setup list to generate compatibility.
