長時間実行した学習がAPIトークンの期限切れで正常終了できない #626

ジョブの登録から長時間経過したジョブや、長時間実行したジョブについて、正常に終了されなかったりデータセットの読み込みに失敗したりする。

原因はAPI接続する際のトークンの期限切れ。
