KAMONOHASHIへのリクエスト

CLI/SDK実装をアップデートする。

pythonのサポートバージョンを3.7以降とし、python2、3.5、3.6対応コードを削除する。
python3.10をサポート対象とする。
型アノテーションを最新の記法で更新する。
最新の外部パッケージに対応する。
SDKを独立パッケージにしているのを廃止し、CLIパッケージに統合する。
OpenAPI Toolsへの移行を検討する。
