Is it a public dataset? It seems that I don't have permission to view the dataset from Wyoming.

this is same study the link is now https://www.wsgs.wyo.gov/products/supplemental-data/wsgs-data-2020-ofr-09.zip.

There is also a Green River basin top dataset they picked on paper that is now here: https://www.wsgs.wyo.gov/products/supplemental-data/wsgs-data-2021-ofr-01.zip but those are lith tops

It seems that it needs skills of GIS software to deal with the data and export them to be used by python notebook. Need some time to learn GIS.
