OrangeBits is an extension for Microsoft WebMatrix. Install WebMatrix, and then install OrangeBits from the extension gallery.
After you install the extension, LESS, Sass, and CoffeeScript files will be automatically compiled after changes are you made. You can also compile files from the file tree context menu. More details to come!
