LoadError: Unable to open libLLVM! when attempting to add package on Julia 1.10.0

I tried to add this package on Julia 1.10.0 on Windows 10 today and got the following error message: LoadError: Unable to open libLLVM!
Web searches on this error messages suggested that I report this as an issue because it may mean that the package is not compatible with Julia 1.10.0. I might be able to get past this error with some manual edits of file names, but without reporting it here I cannot be sure that the package will work properly in other ways once it is installed.
Could you please let me know how to fix this error or whether there are other more recent packages I should use instead? I am trying to find a more efficient and readable way of interpolating strings and rounding floats in output files.
