Hey,

George requested me to open an issue for a new feature for your toolkit:
Frequency map analysis (by Laskar) is a competitive tool for investigating dynamical systems, especially multidimensional hamiltonian systems, see e.g.:

I implemented the method of Hunter in python, although I did not have the time yet to develop it further and document it it may still be helpful:
