A somewhat recent SFP update adds support for these file types friends.custom.css (Friends), webkit.css (Store/Community), and bigpicture.custom.css (Big Picture) and Friends.custom.css is needed for my theme #95 to install completely. For future theme compatibility it'd be great if support for these files could be added.

Hmn...

It's usually considered a bit gauche to launch into a tirade about how something is bad, and then ask for help a few minutes later.
That said, I understand how frustrating the new layout is - I'll do my best to help you, but before we do, you might want to go back and edit your other post.

Remember that OldGlory is largely css-work and has hard limits to what magic it can and cannot do.
So it is entirely thinkable for it to require editing .css files (not that tricky, I swear!) to make it work right.
Finally, it's largely one person doing this: Remembering that, that it's done for our benefit, is important.

You should be able to add friends.custom.css to C:\Steam\clientui, or wherever your steam installation is located after having setup OldGlory.

I edited my other post to be less pissed off. This post is quite simply asking friends.custom.css support to be added for my theme to automatically install properly for users that don't want to install it manually.

It seems that SFP has changed the preferred location to place your skins in to Steam/steamui/skins, which is required for the friends.custom.css but the default location for libraryroot.custom.css still works

placing files in Steam/steamui still works fine with SFP, putting files in subfolders within steamui/skins is just an additional option for people who like to have multiple skins and switch between them (and also for skins with a lot of files, better to just drop it in its own folder rather than clutter up steamui)
