For some reason the blur below the game hero is gone

I was tinkering with shiina, but without using oldglory. I changed a lot of things including the blur. I resetted everything to the default state but now when I use any of the preset library themes in old glory the blur is completely gone. All that shows up is a blank grey image. How can I get the blur back?

Btw, I've reinstalled OldGlory a couple of times and the issue is still there
