[Suggestion] "Time Played Goals"

TL:DR Adding a feature that allows users to set specific time played hours that they want to accrue for individual games.

The idea would be basically to allow me to set IME to run for [x] number of hours for [x] specific game, and once it finishes those hours, it simply turns off that specific game. This would allow people to do things like queue up games they want to idle, or specifically target a specific number of hours for games.
