Scan address camera resizes sometimes in mobile devices

I have an issue. When I use this library in my project, the scanner opens with a small size initially, and after 500 milliseconds to one second, it enlarges. I tried to fix this issue in the UI, but I think the problem is in the library's logic because it works correctly in Windows and Mac browsers, but this issue occurs sometimes in mobile browsers. Any ideas? (pls check the video)
