Describe the bug
Sun Editor is creating hyperlinks of sentences when copy/pasting text with an anchor tag that leads further down the page

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to https://veritypublishing.com/resource?id=MjU2&show=0&para=1
It probably works with any set of text but search for "He manifested to them" to go further down where there are several footnotes.
Copy the 3 paragraphs into memory starting with this one.
Paste it into SE and it makes the first sentence a hyperlink.

Expected behavior
Preserve text as text only.
