​Can't efficiency a program which is with service #38

Description / 描述

When any program run with a service, the EnergystarX can't let it be in efficiency mode

Reproduction steps / 复现步骤

  1. add a porgram file name into blacklist in EnergystarX
  2. run this program with any service

Windows version / Windows 版本

Windows 11 22H2 build 22621.1105

Hardware specs / 硬件配置

Intel NUC X15
i7-11800H RTX 3070
32GB RAM

Error log / 错误日志

I dont know where to find a log

It's a known issue of the original EnergyStar.
