Requesting network access​

If you're running a firewall tool, such as simplewall this program requests network access on run.
Though no functionality within the app seems to actually require it.
So remove whatever function is sending a ping?

Reproduction steps / 复现步骤

1. install simplewall
2. install energystarx
3. run energystarx
