Read worksheet data from a workbook object

Minimal reproducible example:

library(openxlsx2)

wb <- wb_workbook()

wb$add_worksheet('iris_sheet')

wb$add_data('iris_sheet', iris)

packageVersion("openxlsx2")

I have been looking for a way to take a peek at the data in wb workbook, but I have not found any from the openxlsx2.

I can pull the sheet names within a workbook, e.g. wb$workbook$sheets but have not figured out a way to glimpse the data within each sheets.

openxlsx has readWorkbook which helps with this, I was wondering if there is a similar function in openxlsx2 that I'm missing?

Hi @anishjoni , I believe you are looking for wb_to_df() or wb_read() or read_xlsx().
