The 'Start Menu Manager' icon gets downsampled by Windows 10 to be displayed in some places. When downsampled the icon looks bad. Most noticeably it has jaggies.

Try:
Rerendering from SVG at lower resolutions to avoid Windows' downsampling.
Or might need to remake the icon entirely for lower resolutions.
