LocalStorageにキャラシートを保存、
LocalStorageから復元する機能を作成

保存は配列にし、IDを数字にして
URL として root/{id} にアクセスすれば読み出せるようにする。ブックマークでの呼び出し対応。

IDのリストを画面にも表示し、ページ側からも呼び出しできるようにする
保存データの追加/削除もできるようにする
