Hi everybody ,

reading the information about Co2mpas and DICE I found two information about the random number.
On the presentation here page 8 is the random number from 1-90, 91-95, 96-100: https://jrcstu.github.io/co2mpas/Presentations/After_CO2MPAS_Jelica.pdf

On Wiki chapter 8. The DICE, where the DICE scenarios are presented, the random number is in the range from 0-99, 90-94 and 95-99. https://github.com/JRCSTU/CO2MPAS-TA/wiki/8.-The-DICE.

Which of the sources is wright?
Thank you.

Dear Mr Piluri,

I am attaching the link to the Official Journal of the European Union, L 175, 7 July 2017.
http://eur-lex.europa.eu/legal-content/EN/TXT/?uri=OJ:L:2017:175:TOC

There in page 670, ANNEX I, paragraph 3.2.6 of the COMMISSION IMPLEMENTING REGULATION (EU) 2017/1152, you will see that:

Where the randomly generated number referred to in point 3.1.1.2 is in the range of 90 to 99 the vehicle shall
be selected for one physical measurement in accordance with the procedure referred to in Annex XII to
Regulation (EC) No 692/2008, taking into account the precisions set out in section 2 of this Annex. The
test results shall be documented in accordance with Annex VIII to Directive 2007/46/EC.

So the right one is 90 - 99

Kind regards,
Dimtiris.
