Hyperparameters tuning is an annoying problem in model training especially if you have different training resources.

As @TelBotDev suggests, we just pin this issue for

  1. seeking optimal training configuration with different training resources.
  2. seeking the best training configuration with whatever training resources.

Hope everyone can contribute to driving fastreid community to a better model.
