blink is open source on github/CRAN and does unsupervised learning. It does linkage and de-duplication. Let me know if you have trouble finding it or want more information. The paper reference is Steorts (2015). There is no GUI at this time and no active learning. (Comparisons were done in Steorts (2015) though to supervised methods and blink outperformed them as a remark). Another nice feature to have on this page would be error propagation. Supervised methods will only have a bound. Unsupervised methods will propagate the linkage error into the post-linkage analysis.

I will open a new issue for your second remark. I think there are more interesting features to document, including error propagation. We should decide how to document them.
