Teams 2 Interface

Is there a plan or chance to provide Teams 2 interface in the app?

In the web interface of Teams in the browser there is for example a 4th view called Agenda, which I find quite useful. I have not yet found other significant or visible changes, though.

The agenda view is available for me when using Teams v2 in the app:

Strange, I see no option to change to Teams 2 anymore. It was there once, but disappeared. Does anybody have an idea how can I switch to the new teams?

EDIT: For me the web based version is in Teams V2 but with the very same account, the Teams for Linux app still shows the old version and no switch to move to V2. I already logged out, deleted the complete config and logged in again, but the behavior is the same.
It happens for the Appimage as well as for the flatpak version

Today I find this message in the top of my teams for linux window. How can I switch to Teams V2? I do not see any option to do so.

BTW, I do not have the switch

as described in the Teams help in the app. The browser version in Firefox asks me to switch to the new teams, however.

EDIT: This affects the versions provided as flatpak, AppImage and rpm

I have the same problem.
Classic Teams will soon be unavailable for use. To use the new Teams, update your browser to meet requirements or contact your IT admin. See requirements

The question remains, if this needs to be persisted in the code somewhere.
