Just found out about this and wanted to share, because it makes the whole experience smoother and without the ugly blurry text.
Check this out:

TL;DR you can just add to your .bashrc the following line:
export ELECTRON_OZONE_PLATFORM_HINT=auto
or
export ELECTRON_OZONE_PLATFORM_HINT=wayland
Then log-out/log-in again, and the next time you start teams-for-linux, it'll run a native Wayland window. Super crisp fonts and all.
In KDE it currently also avoid an annoying bug for which the right hand side of the screen has a 1 or 2 pixel margin although the window is maximized, so that's a nice bonus:

P.S. unfortunately this doesn't seem to work for outlook-for-linux, I suspect because it's using an older version of electron, and apparently this env variable is only taken into account by electron 28+
