Quiz management

Great module... a couple of questions:

1. How do you delete a quiz? there are add buttons, but no delete buttons.
2. How can you reset a user so that they can take the quiz again? (helpful while debugging things)

1.) At this time, we are not supporting deleting, but I can add that for the next release.
2.) Right now that isn't there, I can look at how we can do it.

Thanks. If there are some SQL delete commands, I can run those manually for now.

Also, is there some formatting or templating I can apply? Some of the text is pretty close together.

BTW, Thank you for developing this module. The features are exactly what I was looking for when I started searching.
