On release/tag, we run the following GitHub Workflows:

  • Push [Docker] Image to GHCR.io
  • Add Binary Distribution

The problem with these is that we don't know if they are broken until we actually release (too late). I am proposing that we run these tasks, but skip uploading them except during an actual release.
