Currently when the new SympCie wants to construct their website, they copy the edition from the previous year and modify the .css, .js and .html files for it.

However, it is probably a better idea to provide them with a default template, without any errors and some best practices.

We might want to re-think linking the sprint board to the Amelie repository, because this is not an Amelie issue
