adding room duty tasks

Can we have a function to select and change the room duty tasks per week. Currently the room duty tasks are hardcoded, thus if we need to change them we need to make a pull request with the changes we want. Can we have functionality that we can make templates with room duty tasks and make changes to them when we create a room duty table, similar how we can also change the different room duties times per week
