hi everyone,
i tried to install nessusagent with installomator but i kept getting below error in jamf.

does anyone have similar experience with installomator?

I cannot recreate this issue. Please check the following:

  • Are you on the latest version of Installomator?
  • the error you are getting means the download is failing verification. This can have a few reasons:
    • is Gatekeeper set to accept only App Store apps?
    • a security or network security tool is interfering with the download

yes.
im on installomator v10.5. my apple gatekeeper set to allowdownloaded from App Store and identified developers.
and i only get this failure for nessus agent, if i install other applications using installomator - it works

Any chances there's a Nessus policy in place that prevents the removal of the agent?

FWIW I too am unable to reproduce the issue, tested on three separate test deployment machines, all receiving the same output when running ./Installomator.sh nessusagent DEBUG=2:

hi, we found out this is because we using proxy for internet connection. in particular, our proxy is doing ssl inspection..
