The fact of one-way syncing, i.e., only from Infisical to Render, should be emphasized in the docs.

When changes (new secret or updated value) are made on the Infisical side, they are properly propagated to Render. But if a change to one of the propagated secrets is later on done on the Render side (edit or removal), that change is not indicated on the Infisical side. Without such indication, Render will keep on using the wrong value of the secret without any awareness on the Infisical side.

Render provides an API for retrieving the envs for a given service: https://api-docs.render.com/reference/get-env-vars-for-service. That API can possibly be engaged via the refresh action (to be introduced) on the Infisical side.
