I think this is mostly done we just need to

  1. Upload a release to PyPI, complete with bundled frontend code
  2. Put inboxen.org specific code in its own repo

Bonus: this would also free us from having to install node on the server as that would be done locally when the sdist was created.

I'm not sure what you mean, but I'm guessing you want to install Inboxen yourself? You'll want to take a look at the docs: https://inboxen.readthedocs.io/en/latest/
