Consider making last_activity a field rather than a property of inboxen.models.Inbox:

  1. are there any speed improvements? Also, check indexing on email received date
  2. would it be less confusing if this date didn't change after deleting an email? An alternative here could be to rename it to "latest email" and leave blank when the inbox is empty

Somewhat related to #391 - users may be confused by sudden changes.
