Prerequisites
Description
Currently we can use the PDFA: (Archival) format to enforce the output from Imagemagic be PDFA, but this version of the format is contested in certain area since we can embed about anything in the PDF. A more convenient output would be to have a PDF/A-1 (ISO19005) output that is more commonly accepted, and implemented in lots of products like LibreOffice for example.
Steps to Reproduce
Using the command line:
convert images/*.tiff pdfa:output.pdf
And opening the file in adobe acrobat reader DC will reveal that the PDF is a PDFA but using this revision 3B that can support embedding of a tons of stuff. We would like to have the ability to have the PDFA-1 (Iso 19005 instead)
System Configuration
Windows 10
