Revive Beacon infinite use glitch #217

you can use a revive beacon to revive someone but not consume the beacon.

Steps to reproduce:

eliminate someone
obtain a revive beacon
use the revive beacon
drop the revive beacon
revive someone
pickup the revive beacon

@bendy1234 Fixed this in the new version, expect a release soon!

*I disabled dropping because otherwise it would cause too much hassle
