Plugin doesn't work correctly

Things I tested:
When I get eliminated to a mob, a player or drowning I can still respawn with 1 heart.
When I get eliminated to fall damage I can't respawn, but revive command does nothing, I can play only with reset.
When I get eliminated to suffocation or eliminate command I can't respawn, but both revive and reset commands do nothing.
This behavior sometimes changes.
