idea: items outside of the layout.

It'd be neat if we could place items outside of a layout, anchored to the layout edge. f.e.

H:|-[inside]-|-[outside(inside)]

In that example, the outside object is laid outside the edge of the layout, with a default spacer, and same width as the inside object.
