no hover effects for some interface items

Some interface items have no hover effects, deprecating the User Experience as the user is not sure if they are used the way they should be used. Example:

The inactive tabs could slightly change background color once you hover over them. Same with the copy link button and the download button.

Same with the copy button on the project page for the project URL:

There are probably other cases but this is a low hanging fruit I suppose

Should we have a copy button, or would we rather make the text fields with link clickable so they copy the URL automagically?

That's not good UX so it should stay as it is.
