Need elastic resistance when swiping in opposite direction to dismiss #163

Hi & thanks for the great work 馃憤

This is not really an issue... but rather a nice to have :)

I setup my presented view as a bottomHalf view at the bottom, with ability to swipe down to dismiss.

Being able to let the user drag the view down is great :)

However, even though the user can start dragging the view down, if he drags it up there is a hard limit with no elasticity at all. This is bad because:
1/ Dragging with a hard limit (no elasticity) feels buggy on the iphone
2/ The user can try to swipe up the view to see if he can interact with it, and miss a chance to understand that he can actually swipe down

I fully understand if this is deprioritized, but felt like it would be a good thing to raise up for later.
