There appears to be some issue running TEBD on CUDA GPUs with single precision (and maybe only with small cutoffs), see: https://itensor.discourse.group/t/tebd-with-gpu-error-with-eigen/1266.

May be related to #1252.

I have been looking into this and believe that it is a problem with the CUBLAS eigen call. I opened a bug report on CUDA.jl JuliaGPU/CUDA.jl#2186
