The online solve process loops over different bc parameters, however, it seems that the command "reduced.reconstruct_sup("./ITHACAoutput/ReconstructionSUP", 2);" means that the reconstruction results are saved in the same directory for different cases. Moreover, I have tried running this tutorial, but in the ReconstructionSUP directory, there are only the reconstruction data of the first bc parameter. Are there any problems for the code?
