Hi!

We will pursue here our work on the animal-ephys-BEP draft that was initiated by @JuliaSprenger and @SylvainTakerkart, and try to demonstrate its applicability (or even usefulness ;) ) for spike sorting (with @samuelgarcia).

More coming soon! Just post something here if you'd like to get involved!

I think for the demonstration of the ephys-BEP used for spikesorting, we don't require the animal information. So we can focus on the ephys-BEP itself and don't depend on #9.

Hi!

The BEP (BIDS Extension Proposal) dedicated to electrophysiological data recorded in animal is available here. Everyone is welcome to comment on it, we're waiting for your feedback!

Our next effort is to demonstrate that we can streamline spike sorting from a data set that is stored following the specifications described in this BEP!
