Byld membership request procedure

For becoming a member of byld, one person would be required to do the following this:

• Make PR to add his name to the member's page.
• In comments of the PR, the person must mention why he or she should be included in byld.
  • Hackathon participation/wins
  • Open Souce contributions(small or big)
  • Skills
  • Projects
  • 🤷‍♂️

I thought on trello discussion we concluded that we're not having subjective criteria for membership so we can increase quality of participation in contests, and subjective criteria would be only for continuing membership?

Also, we need to take into account that membership has be granted via inclusion in the official mailing list (which is the first and important step, adding name on website needs to be their task when they recieve a membership email)

The admin accepting the PR will be responsible to do so. Or we could create a hook for that?
