Sample EPUB: Readium not shows videos while it plays.

Yes, this is a known issue in Readium:
readium/readium-js-viewer#265

You can work around it for now by setting the display to scrolled view. It's not an issue with the sample itself.

Chrome 45 seems to have fixed the issue...to some extent. See:

It's working for me now, with "working" meaning that I can start playback and similarly get a blank bar where the controls should be. Part video, part video game, and fun for hours...
