feature request: allow user to rename a project or database

Atm if you have a typo in a project name or database name, you can't rename it. Same if you change your mind on how to name it.

Also because I had started to name my databases "1-whatever", "2-whatever", etc. and i started to have 10-whatever which is before 2-whatever because they are sorted by alphabetic order, it is difficult to find the latest database.
