Default JIRA issue titles could be better

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When creating a JIRA issue from Quality Time, the JIRA title is formatted approximately as follows:
Fix <issue> from <source>

I think this format is somewhat misleading. The issue is not in the source, it is reported by the source.

Describe the solution you'd like
Titles formatted something like Fix <issue> as reported by <source>.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Alternatively or additionally, managing templates for issue creation etc by the user could be desirable.
