When a Quality-time metric is green, there may still be measurement entities with the status "Won't fix" or "Will be fixed", however, this is not visible without expanding the metric.
Add an indicator (e.g. *) next to the metric value when there are metric entities with status "Won't fix" or "Will be fixed". Make sure this indicator is not included in the PDF-export.
When there are metric entities with status "Won't fix" or "Will be fixed" add the following line to the measurement value popup:
"This metric has x measurement entity type with the status "Won't fix" and y measurement entity type with the status "Will be fixed"."
Leave out 'x measurement entity type with the status "Won't fix"' if x is 0. Leave out 'y measurement entity type with the status "Will be fixed"' if y is 0.
