If we change the name of the ssh key in ansible_key_name at https://github.com/IBM/Ansible-OpenShift-Provisioning/blob/main/inventories/default/group_vars/all.yaml.template#L206 then ssh fails to connect with lpar with permission denied.

To fix this user needs to also patch the ssh key name in the ansible.cfgat https://github.com/IBM/Ansible-OpenShift-Provisioning/blob/main/ansible.cfg#L2
